This role provides counsel and support to managers and supervisors on company/HR policy application and production operations. The HR Administrator will address human resource needs and provide HR services to team members. This position also offers general administrative support, including preparing correspondence, forms, and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing, and tracking deadlines. A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, while ensuring strict confidentiality of all patient, staff, and company information. The administrator will collaborate with site leadership and personnel to ensure site success, meet personnel needs, and maintain employee engagement efforts. Responsibilities include administering health and welfare plans, processing enrollments and terminations, and managing sensitive matters such as personnel and employee relations, and organizational changes. The role also involves completing Form I-9, verifying documentation, and maintaining I-9 files, as well as maintaining up-to-date employee files according to the Employee Credential List. Additionally, the HR Administrator will submit online investigation requests, track and assist with new employee background screenings, and support employee review and termination processes. This role will communicate policies and procedures to applicants and employees, perform data entry into HRIS, and prepare and maintain employee files. The administrator will also assist with correspondence as requested, act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, and contribute to team efforts by assisting with projects as needed.
