Performs a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, typing, word processing, office machine operation and filing. Requirements

  • Ability to train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.
  • Ability to answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Ability to maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ability to coordinate orientations and trainings.
  • Ability to manage filing systems and HR documentation.
  • Ability to assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.
  • Ability to operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
  • Ability to assist with employee relations matters.
  • Ability to review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
  • Ability to assist with coordinating recruitment activities and hiring fairs.
  • Ability to respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems involving office equipment.
