About The Position

LOGS Legal Group LLP is looking to add a full time Remote HR Administrator to our team! The purpose of the HR Administrator role is to provide administrative support for human resources functions, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role contributes to an organized and efficient work environment and provides support to the Human Resources function of the business. The HR Administrative Assistant will provide support for the daily functions of the HR department.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to operate under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates ability to complete a project and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates initiative and flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Team player/Collaborative
  • 0-3 years of experience working in an administrative function
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a technology driven environment
  • US citizenship or permanent residency and is legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Employee file maintenance
  • Enforcing company policies and practices
  • Respond to employee inquires
  • Shared inbox management
  • Ordering technology resources as required

  • Assist in the performance management administration process
  • General administrative duties as assigned
