Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Previous experience working in an administrative capacity
  • Proficiency in all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Visio, etc)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to professional email etiquette.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality, with proven critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision or direction.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all new employee documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Manage employee recordkeeping and compliance documentation, including work permits and electronic filing.
  • Process and manage HR form requests (e.g., ESC forms, employment letters, etc).
  • Monitor and triage the department email inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and prepare employment-related correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including creating job aids and organizing materials.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows or automate processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute complex HR reports on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and update departmental trackers related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as the Cool Rewards program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support HR operations.
