This role will involve assisting the HR team in their daily activities, acting as a liaison for employees, and ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. The HR Administrator will also assist in the creation of policies, processes, and documents. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational ability, familiarity with HRIS, strong communication skills, and some experience in the transportation of floorcovering industry. The ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure is essential.
