We are currently seeking an HR/Payroll Admin to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment. As an HR/Payroll Admin, you will help deliver an exceptional employee experience by supporting payroll accuracy, HR processes, and day-to-day team member support across the organization. If you have previous automotive payroll experience, understand dealership operations, and enjoy partnership with leaders and team members across multiple locations, we’d love to meet you. Requirements

  • Previous payroll administration and/or accounting experience required
  • Automotive dealership payroll experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of dealership compensation structures including commission-based pay plans
  • Experience with CDK and/or Workday, or other similar payroll systems a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • A passion for people and creating a great team member experience

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive dealership payroll experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with CDK and/or Workday, or other similar payroll systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process multiple payrolls on both monthly and semi-monthly schedules
  • Review and validate calculations, commissions, bonuses, and time records
  • Partner closely with managers to ensure payroll accuracy and timely submissions
  • Collect and maintain employee records, pay plans, and payroll-related documentation
  • Support onboarding and new hire processing
  • Help improve payroll and HR workflows, processes, and best practices
  • Provide responsive, professional support to team members and managers across the organization
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all payroll and HR duties
