Requirements

  • 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, employee records, and payroll support.
  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Willingness to help out in various areas during transition periods.
  • Experience in HR administration and clerical support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist employees with payroll-related questions and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Support benefits enrollment and assist with related inquiries.
  • Process employment changes including new hires, terminations, transfers, and status updates.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee communications, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with employment verification requests, audits, and compliance activities.
