About The Position

We are seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to support employees through the leave management process. This role serves as a key point of contact for team members requesting medical, family, personal, and other types of leave while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience ideally in or adjacent to HR
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • High School Diploma
  • Reliable internet and designated work space at home
  • Eastern or Central Time Zone

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer employee leave of absence requests.
  • Communicate with employees, managers, and third-party vendors regarding leave status and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information.
  • Track leave timelines, approvals, and return-to-work processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the leave process.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Office applications to manage cases and correspondence.
