If you are a master of first impressions, a Google Suite guru, and someone who thrives on keeping an office running like a well-oiled machine, we want to meet you! As our Administrative Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors and the go-to support for our internal teams.

Requirements

  • You have 6 months to 2 years of experience as a receptionist, specifically handling multi-line phone systems.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite and comfortable operating various office machines.
  • You possess advanced interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with everyone from the general public to executive leadership.
  • You use good judgment to work independently, solve problems, and handle complex issues with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors with a smile, manage our multi-line phone system, and maintain a pristine reception area.
  • Arrange travel, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for executive staff.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate agendas, and ensure conference rooms are prepped and ready for action.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department and help answer standard policy and benefit questions for employees and applicants.
  • Process expense accounts, handle mail distribution, and manage office equipment like a pro.
