About The Position

HP and 2020 Companies are hiring a part-time HP Retail Sales Associate to represent HP products at Best Buy stores. The role involves demonstrating products, creating engaging customer experiences, helping customers identify products suited to their needs, and building professional relationships with store management and employees. The representative also trains store associates on HP products and services, maintains clean and functional displays, reports sales activity and competitive insights, and works toward personal sales goals. The position offers up to 15 hours per week, with flexible weekday shifts and some weekends required. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with a weekly performance bonus of up to $100 based on individual sales performance. Training is paid and completed online.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
One year of job experience required.
Knowledge of products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Comfort engaging with customers and demonstrating products after training.

Outgoing personality, enthusiasm for learning, and tech-savvy problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores.
Engage customers, build rapport, and create memorable shopping experiences.
Welcome customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
Help customers make selections by providing product information and building their confidence.
Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly sales quotas.
Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
Maintain displays and workstations so they are clean, organized, functional, and ready for demonstrations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
Accurately document and report sales, track and communicate activity to Retail Operations, and submit paperwork accurately.
Provide competitive insights and contribute to team efforts.
Maintain customer confidentiality.
Attend work regularly and promptly.
