Requirements

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores and tailor demonstrations to customer needs.
• Engage with customers, build rapport, create memorable experiences, and offer assistance.
• Sell products and services in retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly sales quotas.
• Direct customers to displays, assess their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide product and service information.
• Help customers make selections and build their confidence in purchasing decisions.
• Maintain professional relationships and interactions with customers, store management, staff, and fellow employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays and workstations so they are clean, organized, functional, presentable, and ready for demonstrations.
• Accurately document and report sales, track and communicate activity to Retail Operations, and submit paperwork completely and accurately.
