About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products in Best Buy stores and tailor demonstrations to customers’ needs.
- Engage customers, build rapport, create a memorable experience, and assist with product selections.
- Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, or event environments.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals and established monthly or weekly sales quotas.
- Welcome customers courteously, assess their needs, and provide information about products and services.
- Build customer confidence and help customers make selections.
- Maintain professional relationships and interactions with store management, staff, customers, and fellow employees.
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
- Maintain displays and workstations so they are clean, organized, functional, and ready for demonstrations.
- Accurately document and report sales, track and communicate activity to Retail Operations, and submit paperwork accurately.
- Provide reporting and competitive insights.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance and contribute to team efforts.
