About The Position

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate to represent HP at Best Buy 558 in Aventura, Florida. The role focuses on driving sales and generating interest in HP products by demonstrating products, engaging customers, tailoring demonstrations to customer needs, and building rapport. The associate also maintains professional relationships with store management and employees, trains store associates on HP products and services, keeps displays clean and demo-ready, and reports sales activity and competitive insights.

The position is part-time, with up to 15 hours per week based on availability and store needs. The schedule offers flexible weekday shifts, with some weekends required; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is also specified. Pay is $17.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn a weekly performance bonus of up to $100 based on individual sales performance. The role includes paid online training and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement.

The employee sells products and services in retail, kiosk, and/or event environments; meets sales goals; welcomes and assists customers; recommends products; documents and reports sales; tracks and communicates activity to Retail Operations; and maintains a clean, organized, functional, and presentable workstation or kiosk. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• One year of job experience required, as stated in the overview qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores and tailor demonstrations to customers' needs.
• Engage customers, build rapport, create a memorable experience, and assist with product selections.
• Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and established monthly or weekly quotas.
• Welcome customers courteously, assess their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide product and service information.
• Build customer confidence and help customers make selections.
• Maintain professional relationships and interactions with store management, staff, customers, and fellow employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays and the work station or kiosk so they are clean, organized, functional, presentable, and ready for demonstrations.
• Accurately document and report sales, submit paperwork accurately and completely, and track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
