About The Position

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing and Res Life processes within Hastings College Housing. This role involves directing leasing and residence life, marketing, facilities, customer engagement, and overall team supervision and development. The position serves as the company liaison to Hastings College and Scott Residential Management leadership teams, providing support and guidance to staff on complex issues. The Property Manager also works with HR on employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations, and ensures the property's curb appeal reflects the value of service provided through clean and well-maintained grounds and facilities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of 5 years of leasing or property experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Serve as a representative of Scott Residential Management in all interactions.

Nice To Haves

• Ten years of management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the property’s curb appeal reflects the value of service we provide with clean and well-maintained grounds and facilities.
