The role requires maintaining knowledge and compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as staying informed about local resources to refer customers to services and agencies that will support their goals. This includes verifying customer contractual eligibility for services, maintaining customer contacts, calculating rental subsidy amounts, and managing waitlists as needed. The position may also involve performing electronic background checks and income verification, as well as compilation and data accuracy checks for report submissions.
