CDAC Behavioral Healthcare is looking for someone to join our Substance Exposed Newborn/Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (SEN/NAS) program into Circuit 2 and 14 (Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Wakulla, Bay Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington). This is NOT a remote position. This program supports families who are experiencing, or at risk for, SEN-NAS. This position does require some travel throughout the service area, including transporting clients, thus the candidate must be living within the Circuit 2 and 14 area counties. Reliable transportation is required. The Housing and Employment Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with community stakeholders, finding resources for housing and employment stabilization, and meeting with clients to assist them in establishing stability in these areas. This position will provide care coordination to address other areas as needed, maintain agency and community relationships, support program reporting and evaluation, and support compliance with all delivery of services in support of the core values and mission of CDAC.
