About The Position

The Houseperson is responsible for supporting housekeeping operations by maintaining cleanliness and order throughout all public areas, assisting room attendants, and ensuring timely delivery of linens, supplies, and guest requests.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and back-of-house spaces
• Assist room attendants with delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies
• Remove trash, recyclables, and debris from designated areas throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping closets, storage areas, and supply carts
• Respond to guest and housekeeping requests in a timely and professional manner
