About The Position

The Front Service/Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts. The hotel has 124 guest rooms and offers a daily free hot breakfast to all its guests. The Hampton Inn by Hilton is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)
• Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Stocks room attendant carts and supplies
• Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
• Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
• Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assists with shuttle service (if applicable.)
