About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Houseperson to maintain hotel public areas and assist with guest room cleaning and service. The role supports the company's hospitality-focused service culture and standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a housekeeping role.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells, to meet quality standards.
Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.
Clean bathrooms; dust furniture and pictures; vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Empty carts of soiled linen and dispose of trash.
Remove spots, insects, and debris; polish fixtures and clean ashtrays.
Deliver items to rooms upon request and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
