About The Position
As a Houseperson, you’ll help create guest experiences that are enjoyable and comfortable. This role involves assisting in the cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas. You will also empty Room Attendant carts of soiled linen and trash, flip mattresses, and move furniture as needed. A key part of the role is greeting guests with a friendly smile during your shift.
Requirements
- At least one month of related experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to work with others seamlessly.
- Ability to collaborate within a diverse team dynamic.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Responsibilities
