About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Houseperson to support its Housekeeping Department. The role helps maintain the cleanliness and order of hotel public spaces and supports the housekeeping team with essential tasks. The Houseperson is expected to be attentive, reliable, and guest-focused to help create a welcoming environment. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, and prior Marriott brand experience is a plus. The position requires physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and help lift or move supplies, along with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. The listed pay range is $18–$20 per hour. Benefits are offered to full-time associates only.

Responsibilities

Make rounds through the halls each shift to keep public areas clean and tidy, removing or replacing items that are out of order.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to assist with heavy lifting and priority requests.
Report missing or found articles and signs of damage or needed repairs.
Provide attentive service to guests, answer questions, and secure additional help when needed.
