About The Position

The Houseperson/Runner assists and supports Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. The role requires following the company mission and values, maintaining a high standard of excellence, and helping ensure units are turned on time. The Houseperson/Runner also supports resort guests and owners, helps address guest complaints, and contributes to a safe and organized working environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 75 pounds, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of excellence.
Stock storage closets and maintain their cleanliness and organization.
Assist with stripping units of soiled linens as directed.
Remove soiled linens and trash from units.
Prepare linen and supply bags and deliver them to units.
Walk assigned buildings or floors to ensure they are free of linen, trash, and equipment.
Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
Report lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
Move furniture as directed.
Help ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
Perform duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
Work with a sense of urgency to ensure units are turned on time and be prompt with assignments and appointments.
Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Assist with linen inventories and supplies as directed.
Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly and build positive customer relations.
Assist resort guests and owners and make guest deliveries as directed.
Become knowledgeable about the resort.
