Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality, maintenance, or security is a plus.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various responsibilities.
- Flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors.
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests during evening and overnight shifts.
- Support housekeeping staff with linen deliveries and supply restocking.
- Monitor and secure the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs or addressing spills.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Conduct nightly rounds to ensure all areas are secure and operational.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to safety protocols and hotel policies during all tasks.
