The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, entrance, hallways, elevators, public restrooms, meeting spaces, and other public areas. This role involves regularly inspecting these areas, addressing cleanliness concerns promptly, and performing various cleaning tasks to uphold hotel standards. The attendant will also assist with guest services, respond to incidents, and support other departments as needed, all while adhering to Hilton brand standards and safety protocols.
