The PM Lobby Attendant is responsible for ensuring that the hotel lobbies, public restrooms, executive offices, and associate locker rooms are serviced and maintained to a high standard throughout the day. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of various areas including lobby pre-function spaces, balconies, the main guest entrance, floral arrangements, ash urns, water fountains, phone stations, and guest/associate elevators. A key aspect of this position is ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and associates, and completing any assigned special projects.
