About The Position
The Quality Control team supports all duties of the housekeeping operation and helps maintain cleanliness throughout the property. The Houseman provides superior guest service, assists with inter-departmental communications, and supports compliance with cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel's public areas.
- Deep clean assigned areas as requested.
- Assist Front Desk staff with maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events.
- Clean and set up meeting room functions with assistance from the Director of Sales.
- Restock housekeeping stations.
- Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
- Drive the shuttle van when needed.
