About The Position

The historic Potawatomi Inn, located within Pokagon State Park, sits along the shore of one of Indiana’s largest lakes, Lake James, in Angola, Indiana. The inn features 126 guest rooms, 12 cabins, two onsite restaurants (Lakeview Restaurant and the Courtyard Café), an indoor pool, and 10,000 square feet of banquet/conference space. Indiana State Park Inns workers provide friendly customer service while ensuring the general upkeep of the inn to provide guests with a high-quality experience.

May be required to wear an Indiana State Park Inns-provided uniform.
May experience working in potentially inclement weather.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly space for guests. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning guest rooms, emptying trash, and vacuuming.
Responsible for cleaning and storing linens in a timely, organized manner to ensure that the Inn’s laundry and linen needs are met.
