About The Position

Blue Flame Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Lead for the Hampton Inn Dupont. Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).

Requirements

Ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations.
Ability to make fast and sound decisions.
Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos.
Available to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma
Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques
Desire to reach perfection

Responsibilities

Clean assigned rooms.
Assign rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift, including finalizing daily paperwork by shift end.
Inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met.
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel.
Assist with inventory.
Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards.
