About The Position

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to Price Chopper customers. Responsible for cleaning all areas of the store, including floors, shelves, restrooms, registers, and aisles. Maintains neatness and cleanliness inside and outside the store, with a focus on customer and associate safety. Provides courteous customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to work with approved cleaning chemicals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic literacy skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and parking lot, including break rooms, restrooms, backroom, sales floor, case fronts, and bottle return area.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service; smile, make eye contact, and thank customers when fulfilling their requests.
• Keep the workstation neat, clean, and organized according to 5S standards.
• Maintain store floors by mopping, sweeping, and cleaning them.
• Respond to cleanup requests throughout the store.
• Maintain corporate, state, and federal sanitation standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and follow company policies and procedures.
