About The Position

The Housekeeper provides efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests in a senior living community. The role performs daily cleaning in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated locations, while maintaining community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control. Requirements

• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exhibit a positive customer service attitude; be approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Be adaptable and flexible in response to changing resident needs.
• Respect residents’ rights.
• Show personal initiative and complete work without constant supervision.
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistently complete job duties.
• Present a neat, clean appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned.
• Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control.
• Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Address work-related problems with the proper individuals.
