About The Position

The senior living community is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests. The Housekeeper performs daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other assigned spaces, while maintaining community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control.

Requirements

• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Positive customer service attitude; approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing resident needs; respect for residents’ rights.
• Personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties.
• Communicate work-related problems to the proper individuals.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Present a neat, clean appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned.

• Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Complete assigned work reliably and address work-related problems with the proper individuals.
