About The Position

Southfield Village, part of Greencroft Communities, is seeking a dependable, hardworking Housekeeper to help create a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and coworkers. The role involves active physical work, attention to detail, and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented community dedicated to caring for older adults with dignity, compassion, and respect.

This is a part-time, day-schedule position at Southfield Village in South Bend, Indiana. Available hours are 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The position requires working every other weekend, with holidays as assigned. Pay is $13.88–$17.73 per hour.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, and other spaces throughout the community.
• Complete routine cleaning duties and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and welcoming surroundings.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and community standards.
• Help create a comfortable environment where residents can feel at home.
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep the community looking its best.
