About The Position

Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel to create a memorable guest experience. Duties include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and performing similar housekeeping tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach and performing other reasonable job duties as requested.

Employees are expected to help ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Professional appearance and communication, and ability to follow policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality and quality standards.
