About The Position

Nashville SC is seeking part-time housekeeping staff to help maintain GEODIS Park before, during, and after events. Team members maintain clean, safe stadium and restroom areas, assist guests professionally, and respond effectively to emergencies. Individuals must be available for 6–8 hours, 15–20 times per year, and attend all required in-person and virtual training before employment. Supervisory positions are also available.

Requirements

• Be available to work 6–8 hours, 15–20 times per year.

• Enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm and respectful manner.
• Enjoy helping others and working in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or carry 25–60 lbs. as necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods and be exposed to different types of weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stadium cleanliness by emptying trash cans, replacing liners, wiping countertops and trash-can tops, sweeping and mopping concourses as needed, squeegeeing standing water, and removing trash that cannot be swept.
• Provide a clean and safe facility before, during, and after all events.
• Pick up trash and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and readiness by stocking and wiping down dispensers; cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, and baby-changing tables; keeping floors clean, dry, and free of debris; and emptying trash cans.
• Respond to guests’ questions, concerns, complaints, or suggestions in a professional and polite manner.
• Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations.
