Work Location: GDI Services Quebec City Office - 1375 Frank-Carrel, Suite 16, Quebec City, G1N 2E7 Under the supervision of the immediate superior, the incumbent will assume the responsibilities of a Housekeeping Attendant as well as those of an Housekeeping Supervisor:

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Rigor and integrity
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good verbal communication skills in French
  • Have 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Have experience managing a work team
  • Be available to work weekends
  • Be comfortable working in a unionized environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities
  • Inspect designated areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety standards, and company policies
  • Supervise a unionized workforce
  • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Perform room cleaning and upkeep
  • Replace the Housekeeping Manager when required
