About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining linen closets and carts, ensuring the quality of work performed by their team, tracking supply usage, and overseeing the daily sanitation of resident rooms, including proper disposal of biohazards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Up to one year of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Housekeeping staff under their supervision.
  • Maintaining and stocking the linen closets and carts on all floors daily.
  • Responsible for the quality of work of the staff under their supervision.
  • Maintains Supply Usage logs - keeps track of daily usage of supplies by each staff member.
  • Supervises daily sanitation of all residents' rooms and after moving out or prior to move ins. This includes daily sanitation of equipment and insures proper disposal of biohazards via the contracted vendor.
