About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads and supports a team responsible for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest spaces. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensures cleanliness standards, and motivates team members in a dynamic hospitality environment. The supervisor helps shape department culture and performance while embodying Westgate’s values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.
• Must pass a background check and drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise assigned housekeeping teams.
• Assign duties to housekeepers and inspect team members’ work.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up as needed.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Motivate and support team members.
