About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at the Residence Inn Denver Golden/Red Rocks, ensuring rooms, facilities, and equipment meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. The supervisor leads and trains Room Attendants and House Attendants, supports smooth day-to-day operations, and steps in when the Housekeeping Manager is away. The role also includes inspections, reporting, productivity checks, lost-and-found handling, key control, and managing access to sensitive areas. The hotel is located in Golden, Colorado, near downtown Denver, light rail, local attractions, and business destinations. It offers extended-stay suites, daily breakfast, a weekday evening mix, an outdoor patio and BBQ area, and a SportCourt. Full-time hires become eligible for benefits after an initial waiting period. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two to three years of experience in a hotel or related field.

Nice To Haves

College coursework in a related field.
Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
Lead, motivate, communicate with, and provide hands-on training to Room Attendants and House Attendants.
Step in for the Housekeeping Manager when they are away.
Handle lost-and-found items appropriately.
Maintain key control and manage access to sensitive areas, including master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards across facilities and equipment.
Keep safety top of mind in housekeeping operations.
