Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Inspector.
• Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.
• Exceptional eye for detail and a natural talent for coaching and mentorship.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to organize, motivate, and coach our high-performing team.
• Ensure immaculate attention to detail by inspecting guest rooms, public spaces, storage, and administrative areas.
• Provide courteous, top-tier service, running requested items to guest rooms and maintaining pristine furnishings and metalwork.
• Oversee linen collection, laundering logistics, and inventory storage to keep operations running seamlessly.
