About The Position

Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at its oceanfront resort on Hawaii’s Big Island. The supervisor leads and supports the housekeeping team, helps maintain cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas, oversees room readiness and operational logistics, coordinates maintenance needs, and responds to guest needs. The ideal candidate has previous housekeeping experience and schedule flexibility; supervisor experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting discrepancies.
Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
