About The Position

Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at its oceanfront resort on Hawaii’s Big Island. The role leads and supports the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensure rooms are ready, coordinate operational needs, and provide friendly, professional service to guests. The ideal candidate has schedule flexibility and previous housekeeping experience; supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Assign, inspect, and verify room status, and promptly report discrepancies.
Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
