About The Position

Aqua Sol is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support guests and owners and help them enjoy their stays. The role involves coordinating housekeeping work, maintaining room inventory, communicating maintenance needs, responding to guest requests, and ensuring resort service standards, legal requirements, and company policies are followed. The supervisor is expected to maintain a professional image and interact professionally with team members, management, owners, members, and guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient English language skills to communicate verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and co-workers, and to fully comprehend job assignments.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid.
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy, and assign daily work tasks to employees.
• Maintain room inventory for the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document and communicate maintenance requests to the engineering department to help ensure resort service quality standards are met.
• Respond quickly and in a friendly manner to guest requests, and follow up to ensure guest happiness.
• Maintain a professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct.
• Ensure the hotel complies with federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Interact professionally with fellow team members, management, owners, members, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
