About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor at Coral Beach Resort helps ensure guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, safe, and ready, supporting a smooth guest stay from check-in through check-out. This is a full-time, onsite role in Myrtle Beach, with rotating shifts that include weekends and holidays. Pay is $17.50–$20.00 per hour. A background check is required.

Requirements

Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures.
Knowledge of quality inspection standards.
Proven supervision and leadership skills.
Time-management skills.
Excellent customer service.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environmental services setting.
Ability to follow OSHA guidelines, use chemicals safely, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a housekeeping team, assign work, and manage daily priorities.
Inspect rooms and common areas against quality standards, and coach or correct as needed.
Track linens and supplies using basic inventory control.
Handle guest requests with strong customer service and clear communication.
Follow OSHA guidelines, use chemicals safely, and lift properly, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
