About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at Hilton Arlington, ensuring guest rooms and facilities are clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming. This role leads and supports Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training, and steps in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed. Responsibilities also include monitoring inspections, reports, and productivity; overseeing lost-and-found and key control; and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards for facilities and equipment. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training.
• Step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away.
• Handle lost-and-found items and maintain key control, including access to master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment.
• Keep safety in mind while managing housekeeping operations and access to sensitive areas.
