The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervision, coaching and training of room and house attendants. Our Housekeeping Supervisors ensure that all work is performed up to impeccable Staypineapple standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service.
Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

Nice To Haves

One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serving as team leads for the entire housekeeping staff including assigning and reviewing work.
Overseeing a number of critical tasks such as keeping the staff on schedule, inspecting and approving public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms and interacting with hotel guests in a polite and positive manner.
Providing training and guidance for housekeeping staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.
