Community Memorial Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to champion cleanliness and create a healthy, inviting atmosphere for our patients, staff, and guests. In this vital role, you'll lead a dedicated team to maintain impeccable standards across our facility, oversee daily operations, ensuring all areas are sanitary, orderly, and attractive, develop and implement innovative policies to keep us at the forefront of healthcare cleanliness, manage departmental budget and supplies effectively, always seeking the best value, ensure compliance with all state regulations and internal safety standards, and mentor and orient new team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. Requirements

  • Literacy - ability to understand and complete written and verbal instructions.
  • Must have positive and effective skills in dealing with patients, families, visitors, co-workers, providers and other hospital staff.
  • Accountable for own conduct and promotes and supports positive working relationships among staff, departments, families, visitors and patients.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate behavior consistent with the Benedictine mission statement.
