About The Position

We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires availability on weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) and those with previous housekeeping and training experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Clear and concise, written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure consistent, high-quality service throughout the community.
  • Train team members on cleaning standards for resident homes and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to ensure they have the supplies, equipment, and information needed to succeed.
  • Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction by coordinating cleaning schedules and responding to feedback.
  • Inspect the community daily to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Track and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, paper goods, chemicals, and linens.
  • Prepare work schedules and assignments to ensure coverage across all areas.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup for resident and team member events.
  • Complete final room inspections before new resident move-ins and coordinate with other experience centers to ensure readiness.
  • Collaborate with other experience centers to align housekeeping projects and workflow.
