We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor . POSITION PURPOSE: Supports management by supervising the work activities of Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, safe, and attractive guestrooms, public and back-of-house areas. Pay Starts at $25.00 per hour Benefits include\: Free on-site parking, medical, dental, vision and life insurance for eligible full-time associates, vacation hour accrual upon hire for eligible associates, 401K, travel, dining and movie discounts.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of others.
Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates.
Ability to communicate effectively to associates, (Bi-lingual a plus).
Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Provides supervision of assigned housekeeping associates to ensure job duties are completed.
Inspects and evaluates work performance of associates to ensure standards are being met and all Covid-19 protocols are in place.
Trains associates regarding job duties and quality standards.
Ensures that all designated guestrooms receive service.
Completes needed reports as assigned/needed.
