About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and helps ensure guest rooms and facilities are clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming. The role leads and motivates Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training, and steps in for the Housekeeping Manager when that manager is away. Responsibilities include inspections, reporting, productivity checks, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and handling lost-and-found items, key control, and access to secure areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training.
• Step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away.
• Handle lost-and-found items and maintain key control.
• Manage access to sensitive areas, including master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards across facilities and equipment.
• Promote safety throughout housekeeping operations.
