About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and helps ensure guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. The role leads Room Attendants and House Attendants, maintains operational standards, and steps in when the Housekeeping Manager is away. Responsibilities include monitoring inspections, reports, and productivity; training and motivating the team; managing lost-and-found items and key access; and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.
• College coursework in a related field is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training.
• Handle lost-and-found items and maintain key control and access to sensitive areas, including master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment.
• Step in for the Housekeeping Manager when they are away.
